Eugene Esposito brings more than four decades of executive leadership experience in staffing, engineering services, cybersecurity, and operational management. Since joining ESPO Corporation in 1985, he has led its growth into a respected provider of engineering staffing, in-house design services, documentation management, and contract engineering solutions — with a strong specialization in the utilities industry.
Under his leadership ESPO Corporation supports hundreds of staffing placements annually and operates as a certified professional engineering firm responsible for managing approximately 3,500 utility permits each year. The company has built a reputation for quality, responsiveness, and technical excellence across long-term client partnerships.
In 2009, Mr. Esposito founded ES Cyber Solutions to address the growing demand for advanced cybersecurity services and managed security solutions. The practice covers consulting, implementation, reseller services, and MSSP support for Forcepoint, Netskope, Mimecast, Palo Alto Networks, and Zscaler — with expertise spanning CASB, advanced web security, threat protection, email security gateways, data loss prevention, and endpoint security.
Known for an entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on leadership style, he has built and led diverse teams while driving operational improvements that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance client satisfaction. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a minor in Computer Science from Bradley University.

ES Cyber Solutions continues to strengthen and streamline operations under sole managing partner Gene Esposito, working closely with Operations Manager Jenny Kozar. Together they are expanding service capabilities, enhancing operational visibility, and leveraging AI-driven innovation to support client success.
Our dedicated team of three Security Engineers focused exclusively on Netskope projects holds multiple Netskope certifications between them — ensuring clients receive highly specialized expertise and best-in-class implementation support.
A new proprietary CRM platform built in-house by the ESPO Corporation development team is rolling out. It includes integrated scheduling and project management capabilities designed to give Netskope Sales Representatives real-time project visibility through secure single sign-on — milestones, communications, and progress, all in one place.
The team is actively integrating artificial intelligence into daily operations and implementation workflows, using Claude AI to develop tools that improve efficiency, accelerate deployment processes, and enhance overall implementation support.
